Lip Blush
How do you imagine permanent lips? Is there still a picture of a strongly outlined contour in your head, often going beyond lip red? Or maybe they are lips with a strong red or pink colour that in no way emphasize the beauty of the owner? Fortunately, these times are behind us!
BEFORE AND AFTER
INFO
CONSULTATION
The first part of the process is consultation. I will talk with you in great detail about the treatment, the look you are trying to achieve and what I might recommend to you. This is very much a two-way conversation. Once I have an idea of the look you are aiming for and if you are happy to proceed I will carry out a patch test. If you decide to proceed with the treatment a non-refundable deposit of £75 will be required within 24 hours to secure your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee. The outstanding balance can then be paid in full on the day of your 1st treatment or split with one of our payment plans.
The first stage preceding pigmentation is the exclusion of all contraindications that may disqualify us for the procedment. Please do not conceal your health information.
Covering them up can have a bad effect on pigmentation and the end result. The technique allows you to achieve a very natural effect and give lips freshness. With its help, we can change the natural colour of the lips or highlight the current one, giving the lips a beautiful shape without strengthening the contour.
TREATMENT
There are many different types and names for lip tattooing, including lip contouring, tattooed lip liner, lip blush, smudge-proof lips and a full tint. One of the most frequently asked questions by clients is the question of the possibilities we have when opting for permanent lip makeup. Can we get the colour of our favourite lipstick so that we never worry about improving the colour after eating or drinking? Usually, the remit is to keep the colour very close to the client’s natural lip colour to achieve the most natural look. It’s always best to start off subtle, as colours can then be intensified over time and at touch-up appointments if desired.
Permanent makeup made with this technique is suitable for those who do not want it to be noticed by third parties. Permanent lip makeup is not a lip augmentation procedure. Stronger colour saturation immediately after the procedure, swelling is the normal, do not panic. It is important to follow the specialist’s instructions.
Remember that post-treatment care is as important as the treatment itself. If you want your lips to heal evenly and the final effect is satisfactory, please read the aftercare instructions.

FAQ
Lip tattooing is suitable for most clients of all ages and lifestyles. “It’s for anyone over 18 who wants a subtle lip colour.” It can be especially good for older ladies who lose pigment in their lips as they age. Any problems will be seeded out in a consultation. Not recommend this for anyone with too much lip filler, as colour can be extremely difficult to take.
Depending on the treatment and lifestyle factors, lip tattooing can last anywhere from 1-3 years. The pigment will fade naturally and lighten over this time. It is recommended a colour boost procedure every 6-12 months.
